Whether completing projects solely on its own or working within the framework of other ECMC Group companies, RRMC draws on its relationship with an established parent company to offer customers superior document management services. The following projects were completed by the imaging and document management departments within ECMC before RRMC became a separate company.

THE PROJECT
Develop and implement a document conversion plan to image thousands of paper bankruptcy documents and design an electronic workflow process to handle the converted documents.

    THE SOLUTION
  • Imaging and storage of 248,000 existing paper documents from project inception, 11/99 thru 8/02
  • Development of electronic workflow processes
  • Ongoing imaging and storage of 5,500 paper documents per month


THE PROJECT
Assist the U.S. Department of Education in its modernization initiatives by developing and implementing document management policies and procedures and by imaging millions of paper files through our document conversion services.

THE CLIENT
Accenture / U.S Department of Education / Federal Student Aid

    THE SOLUTION
  • Imaging and storage of 3.5 million paper documents
  • Training FSA staff to use the imaging system
  • Ongoing development of the electronic records management system
  • Increased process efficiency, staff performance and satisfaction


THE PROJECT
Develop and implement a document conversion plan to process accounts transferred from 17 agencies to the Educational Credit Management Corporation.

  • Development of electronic workflow processes
  • Imaging and storage of 15 million existing paper documents from 06/96 thru 8/02
